cg qjobs ?options?

Summary

returns the running jobs on the cluster in tsv format.

Description

Convenience function to easily get information on jobs running on a (grid engine) cluster in a parsable format

Arguments

cmd ...

command (and parameters) to be executed

Options

-s 0/1

return a summary of running jobs

-u user

list jobs of the given user
