cg bcol table ?options? bcolfile ?start? ?end?

Summary

Outputs the data in a bcol file as tab-separated

Description

Outputs the tab delimited version of the data in the bcol file (to stdout).

Multiple columns (of the same type) can be stored in one bcol file, e.g. for variant annotation (a different score for each potential alternative allele).

Arguments

bcolfile
name of bcolfile
start
starting position
end
end position

Options

-c chromosome (--chromosome)
select only data from chromosome
-s 0/1 (--showchromosome)
set to 0 to suppress the chromosome column in the output (default 1)
-p precision (--precision)
output precision for floating point data (default precision is stored in the bcol file)
